These T&Cs govern the sale of IPTV subscription services offered by Essential IPTV to its customers. Every order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Essential IPTV offers subscriptions allowing access to a selection of TV channels, movies, and series via the Internet (IPTV). Available offers are:
Payment is made online at the time of ordering. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cryptocurrencies. Payment is secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.
Your login credentials are sent via email within a maximum of 30 minutes following payment confirmation. In case of delay, contact our support.
According to consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has started with the consumer's consent. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the first subscription.
Each subscription is strictly personal. Any unauthorized resale or sharing will result in immediate account suspension without refund. Multi-screen access is only allowed with the Suprême offer.
Essential IPTV cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance, user internet connection problems, or force majeure events.

These T&Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
